A New Cafe in Town

Introduction 

Amidst the pandemic and sitting at home for several days, our cravings made us explore some newly opened cafe, but looking for a healthy oil free solution to the untimely hunger pangs, we came across The Crepe Cafe Ranchi

Directions - Mall Decore,Lalpur Chowk,Ranchi

Ambience - The serene enviroment , dim lights, and aesthetic decor, is eye pleasing and immediately makes you comfortable with the place. The safety parameters pertaining to the pandemic were so effectively managed , it felt really safe.

Our favorite picks 

          1. Jumbo hot dog- crepe with a sausage filling and garnish with tomato ketchup , mustard sauce and cheese

2. Waffle with all seasonal fresh fruits topping+. Strawberry syrup + sugar icing+ strawberry whipped cream + vanilla icecream+ garnish with pomegranate - Fruit waffle

                          

3.  Banana pancake+caramel syrup +hazelnut+ chocolate whipped cream -Banana caramel pancake

4. Snicker crepe - crepe with snicker Chocolate and whipped cream

Drinks -  We couldn't pick any one favorite drink , all of them looked equally desirable and affordable. 

  

Hygiene - Being a vegetarian, it usually gets concerning about whether the dishes are made separately or not, the cheif attraction of the cafe was its -" open kitchen concept" it builds immense trust in the food we take in, when we can actually see its preparation. Quoting the words of the owner - " We don't use any utensils or vessels or wok to cook.. its from the package to the hot plate, from there to the plate and on the table. We have four hot plates where we have separate hot plate for veg dishes and separate for non veg" the hygiene , is taken into account in every manner, and its clearly evident. 

COVID safety parameters are completely taken into account and followed.

Value of money - The  serene ambience, a total oil free healthy cuisine,affordable and genuine price range,  easily accessible location , the hygiene and trustworthy kitchen concept , makes it worth of every penny you spend.

So if this rings your hungry tummy and your mouth is already jolly polly, go rush and do not forget to share your favorite dishes from the place, with us.
